About Chandra Irvin

Chandra G. Irvin is the founder and president of Irvin, Goforth & Irvin, LLC, an organization development firm which helps clients pinpoint and capitalize on tensions in relationships and change processes so they can achieve and sustain their goals. 

Chandra is a coach, master consultant and frequent presenter on Polarity Management®, a breakthrough strategy that maximizes potential by supplementing traditional methods of creative planning and problem solving.  She has worked with organizations domestically and internationally to:  simplify complexity, capitalize on differences, overcome chronic problems, resolve conflicts and manage change.  Chandra is a senior consultant and advisor for Identity Holdings, Inc., a research-based, entertainment and education broadband network, dedicated to providing insight into shifting identities in the 21st century.  She served as the executive director of The Diversity Strategy Consortium, a group of corporations that examined domestic and global diversity issues and developed strategies for advancing diversity leadership, accountability, communications, and performance.  

Chandra Irvin is the co-author of "Do You See What I See?  A Diversity Tale for Retaining People of Color", the author of "Finding PEACE in Life, Work and Love  Listening to the Voice Within", and has presented at national and regional forums featuring these publications.
