About Suelyne Huynh
In her role, SueLyne Huynh manages the broad range of language solutions for Best Buy, works very closely with the field affinity networks, analyzes and interprets data for leaders, and manages an external diversity website. SueLyne has created an on-demand platform for Best Buy’s language options including launching world-wide language programs support over 5000 employees. Prior to joining Best Buy’s Diversity & Inclusion Team, SueLyne worked in the Talent Acquisition team creating standard operating procedures for Best Buy’s venture into China. SueLyne also worked on implementing a new applicant tracking system to Best Buy stores. SueLyne has taught English abroad and has spent the majority of her life taking every opportunity to learn more about culture and how it affects individuals relationships and personalities. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration at the Carlson School of Management and has a Bachelors of Science in Business focusing on Finance and Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She is also PHR (Professionals of Human Resources) certified.
