About Royce Holladay

Royce Holladay, as a strong and skilled leader herself, has worked to train, support, and coach leaders in many organizations and in a variety of settings. Starting with her involvement in school reform efforts in the early 1990's, Royce focuses on planning for individual performance improvement, on organizational support, and on issues of equity and inclusion at all levels across systems. Her background in educational counseling, strategic leadership, diversity, and Human Systems Dynamics, provides a strong foundation for her work in human systems. Royce has presented at state, national, and international conferences, and has co-authored five books and numerous articles that use stories, images, and down-to-earth descriptions to make complex ideas simple to apply in everyday life.
