Robert has led diversity work from the inside with the University of Colorado, Department of Defense, Digital Equipment Corporation, Pillsbury, and Grand Metropolitan. He was the 1996 Chair of the Board of Directors for the American Society of Training and Development. As a consultant he has served more than 100 clients in over 15 different countries in the private, public, civic and academic sectors. He is co-author of The Diversity Directive: Why Some Initiatives Fail & What To Do About It.
