PDI-D The Maslow Connection: What Every Business/D&I Leader Should Know About Building Inclusive, Productive Workplaces

About F. Chase Hawkins

Chase joined the Hewlett-Packard Global D&I team in August of 2011. His responsibilities range from building D&I capability across the 325,000+, 170 country HP organization via learning and communication channels, to driving innovative strategies for attracting/developing/advancing executive-level non-majority employees.

Prior to HP, Chase was a Raytheon Company Director, where he owned all aspects of D&I at Raytheon’s premiere global business, Integrated Defense Systems. In this capacity, Chase both drove inclusion into all levels of the business through education, communication and direct engagement, while managing and leading education and metric projects across Raytheon.

Previously, Chase held Vice President leadership positions in financial services in New York, in both D&I and Communications.

Published multiple times in national diversity magazines, he has also frequently been engaged to speak at diversity conferences and seminars, sharing best practices and delivering innovative workshops at varied venues such as the IQPC Diversity Summit, the Conference Board's Annual Diversity Summit, SHRM Conferences, Out and Equal Summits, and Silver Bay Human Issues in Management Conference. In 2010 and 2011, Chase designed and delivered a Multi-Cultural D&I course to graduate students in the Organizational Psychology Masters Program at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.
