About Tonya Hampton
Tonya Hampton is a HR Director within the Global Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement function at Medtronic's World Headquarters in MN. She is responsible for the organization development and change initiatives necessary to deploy and sustain the organization’s global inclusion, engagement and diversity strategy. Tonya is also responsible for developing the inclusion, engagement and diversity training strategy, and employee groups. Tonya is the President for the National Association for African American Human Resources Professionals (NAAAHR), Chair Elect for MN Organization Development Organization and a Board Member of The Bridge for Youth organization. She received her MBA from the University of St. Thomas, with a minor in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Pre-Law and is a University of St. Thomas Organization Development doctorate candidate.
