As a global thought leader in the Talent Management practice, Michael drives the strategy and execution of the organization’s Talent Assessment capabilities worldwide. He supports Regional Champions and Subject Matter Experts and leads the design and implementation of global, scalable solutions delivered to meet critical, emerging needs. Michael earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Duquesne University, a B.A. in Sociology from Colorado State University, and a degree in Applied Business Programming from the School of Computer Technology.
