About Thomas Gronow
Thomas M. Gronow is the Vice President of Operations for UPMC Mercy, the systems only faith based hospital. As a member of the executive team, Tom ensures that inclusion is embedded into strategies and initiatives at all levels. In addition to his VP role, he leads various teams that focus on inclusion through employee engagement and patient satisfaction. Tom was the 2011 winner of the UPMC Executive Partnership Council Inclusion Champion award and the 2012 Integrated Inclusion Business Unit of the Year for UPMC Mercy.
