Dr. Neal Goodman, President of Global Dynamics Inc., is an internationally recognized authority on building Cultural Competence in major corporations and universities. His programs have helped over 725,000 corporate executives to succeed in cross-cultural, international settings. A sampling of clients includes: PwC, AT&T, J &J, Citi, G.E., BD, BMS, Delta, KLM, Hilton, N.B.A., Fujitsu, Philips, Genentech, ConocoPhillips, HP, and The World Bank. He is the International Forum Field Editor for the ASTD Links-Performance and Practice and featured columnist for Training Magazine on Best Practices. Dr. Goodman has authored numerous books and articles on Cultural Competence and the D&I of organizations including a recent featured article in Diversity Executive Magazine on this topic. He has also written Cross-Cultural Training for the Global Executive and Intercultural Education at the University Level. He has been honored three times with invitations to be a Fellow at the East-West Center in Hawaii. He is Professor Emeritus of Sociology and Intercultural Relations at St. Peter’s College.
