About Daniel Gibson

Daniel Gibson is an HR Consultant with ING US.  In his six years at ING, Daniel helped create ING’s HR analytics function and is responsible for developing a metrics and analytics mindset in evaluating HR’s performance in the organization.  His responsibilities include consulting and coaching HR leaders on workforce issues related to demographics, trends and planning, developing tools to measure HR effectiveness and change management programs.  Daniel received his MBA, with a specialization in I/O psychology, from the University Georgia.
