About Rachel Giannini

Rachel Giannini is Senior Manager, Employee Engagement for the North American segment of Alcoa’s Building and Construction business, which includes 20 locations across the United States and Canada. In this role, she helps ensure each location is creating an inclusive environment where employees are encouraged to leverage their diverse perspectives, backgrounds and talents to deliver improved business performance. Alcoa champions diversity in all its forms and has an active employee resource group called Employees at Alcoa for Gay and Lesbian Equality (EAGLE).  EAGLE has successfully recruited Allies since its inception. In addition to being a vocal EAGLE Ally, Rachel serves on the EAGLE Ally Council, a new group dedicated to ensuring EAGLE’s current Allies are educated and engaged and to increasing Ally membership worldwide. Throughout her career, Rachel has held leadership positions in internal communications, marketing and human resources for high technology and manufacturing firms.
