About Chris Gardner
Chris Gardner is a Senior IT Program Manager at Medtronic and is also the chairperson of the Christian Employee Resource Group (CERG). CERG, pronounced SURGE, is one of the largest employee resource groups at Medtronic with over 1000 members from locations all over the United States and some from around the globe. Chris works closely with the Global Inclusion, Diversity, and Engagement (GIDE) office to ensure alignment between CERG activities and the strategies and principles of GIDE. Chris joined Medtronic in 2006 and has worked for small and large organizations all around the Twin Cities including CH Robinson, Carlson Companies, EDS (McQuay International), Jasc Software, and more. He is a dynamic and results-oriented technology leader with twenty-five years of experience managing Information Systems and Technologies resources. Chris has worked in executive leadership as well as project and program management roles, seeking to drive IT initiatives based on business objectives.
