About Dolores Fridge, Ms.Ed.
Ms. Fridge has been the Chief Resolution Officer for Medtronic, Inc. U.S.A. and Puerto Rico employees, for the past 5 years. In this capacity, she works with any employee to resolve issues and conflict related to personnel issues. Dolores was, for the previous 6 years, the Associate Vice Chancellor of Equal Opportunity and Diversity for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. Prior to this, she served as the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Director of Operations for the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, reporting directly to Former Governor Arne Carlson.
Dolores is also a Senior Associate for the National Multicultural Institute (NMCI), and serves on the board of directors for both the Minnesota Minority Enrichment Program and Twin Cities Red Cross. She is a former board member of the Dunwoody College of Technology, Minnesota Cultural Diversity Center, the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals and The City Inc.
