About Paula Forbes
Paula Forbes is the Founder and CEO of Forbes Solutions LLC., a law firm offering superior employee relations consulting, legal services and products to employers in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Paula has more than 23 years of legal experience and expertise in problem solving and consensus building. She works directly with employers to develop effective conflict resolution processes, employment policies and practices, training, facilitation, and performance coaching with an emphasis on cultural inclusion and respect. Most recently, Paula has been focusing her efforts on delivering workshops that create positive and inclusive workplace environments by promoting the Insights Discovery Personal Profile tools to employers and individuals. Insights helps individuals, teams or entire companies create a common language enabling people to discuss personality and preference and the differences between people in a positive way.
