About Shirley Engelmeier
Shirley has been an Inclusion and Diversity Strategist and Consultant for more than 19 years. Prior to that, she held senior management positions in global consumer product organizations Brown & Williamson and Frito-Lay. She has pioneered Inclusion and Diversity initiatives that currently have a major impact on improving business results through employee engagement, innovation, productivity and retention.
Engelmeier’s thought leadership focuses on the urgency of accommodating the cultural revolution underway in today’s workplace that often means success or failure for an organization.
