About Roycie Earvin
Roycie Earvin is the Director – Diversity & Inclusion for Ameriprise Financial. In this role she leads the enterprise diversity and inclusion strategy, helping to foster acceptance and understanding among employees, clients and within the community. In addition, Roycie is a board member for the Twin Cities Human Resources Association Board Member holding the position of Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and an Advisory Board Member for the University of Wisconsin School of Business.
