About Keith Dussell
Keith helped form the ERG (employee resource group) system at Alaska Airlines and has been involved in ERG and community outreach efforts in multiple industries for over a decade. He is the co-chair of the Seattle Out & Equal affiliate, helped found the Northwest Corporate Roundtable and was the co-founder and first President of GLOBE, Alaska Airlines LGBTQ employee group.
In 2002, Keith was a gold medalist in the Discus at the Gay Games in Sydney, Australia.
