In her current role Clydie is responsible for 3M’s global diversity and inclusion strategy, programs and processes. Clydie has a Master of Education degree with a focus in human resource development from the University of MN. Her 35 year career at 3M spans roles in manufacturing, business units and staff functions. Her HR generalist experiences include significant organizational development work as well as strategic business partnerships. Clydie is an experienced trainer and consultant.
