About Clydie Douglass
Clydie is responsible for 3M’s workforce diversity strategy, programs and processes as well as the human resources support for many of the corporate staff functions. Her 33 year career at 3M spans roles in manufacturing, business units and staff functions. Clydie is an experienced trainer and consultant and has lead and participated in 3M's mentoring programs.
