About Donna DiMenna
Donna is an accomplished executive business leader with 15+ years of progressive management experience in human capital strategies, talent management systems, customized assessment delivery, leadership development solutions, and strategic organizational management.
Before joining Right Management this month, Donna was an executive consultant and General Manager at PDI- a global HR management firm for 8 years before joining Taylor corporation as the Chief HR Officer, leading HR for 90 + companies. Most recently, she was consulting full time at Cargill as a Strategic Workforce Leader. Donna earned her Doctorate of Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul MN and is very involved in the local community through the Minnesota Women Psychologists, Minnesota Psychological Association, Human Resource Planning Society, National Association for Women Executives, and Society for Human Resource Management. Donna is a recognized key note speaker presenting on topics including Courageous leadership, a Developing Executive Talent, Coaching and Developing Hi Potentials, Succession Management and Systems Thinking and Building Effective Succession Systems.
