About Karen Diaz

Karen Diaz, M.Ed. (McGill University) is the president of CKG Training & Consulting. With more than twenty-five years of experience as an organizational development expert, management consultant and trainer, Karen has hands-on experience in enabling organizations to achieve extraordinary results. A highly talented facilitator, Karen collaborates with clients to create a positive environment of organizational learning and development to move companies from where they are now to where they want to be. Her participatory approach ensures that companies have the power to work together to turn a shared vision into a tangible reality, one that is sustainable and lasting. Through CKG Training & Consulting, Karen has undertaken a wide variety of training and consulting contracts for the Canadian public service, aboriginal communities, the private sector and NGOs to help them achieve significant change and heightened performance. Internationally, she has worked on a diverse range of projects with teams around the world, including Central America, India, the Russia Federation, Romania, Africa and the Caribbean. Karen is an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitator.
