About Dennis DaRoss
Dennis has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc., since 1991 and currently serves as a Consultant. He brings more than 25 years of management and consulting experience to KJCG, and assists in the development of the Firm’s technology. His passion for developing leaders within organizations fuels his work in the areas of diversity and inclusion, team development, and leadership. Dennis has led large-scale interventions in manufacturing, finance, and insurance companies, as well as in city and county governments. These efforts—plus his work in coaching senior executives and helping global functions to collaborate across boundaries—have taken him to organizations in Asia and Europe as well as the United States. He frequently presents at conferences and has written on a wide range of topics, such as the importance of inclusive and diverse cultures; the role of white men in diversity; and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender issues.
Prior to KJCG, Dennis served as an internal organization development consultant and human resources manager at Digital Equipment Corporation and was the former Dean of Students at Thomas College in Waterville, Maine. He received his master’s degree in counseling and psychology from Assumption College and attended the Gestalt Institute.
