About Arturo Corral
Arturo M. Corral was the director of diversity for Anheuser-Busch from 2004 to July 2011. Corral’s primary responsibility was to support the business operators in the implementation of the company’s initiatives for diversity and inclusion.
To create diversity awareness, Corral provided resources and best practices to business managers company-wide. His duties also consisted of promoting an inclusive work environment, managing relationships with higher education, and partnering with professional organizations recognized for diverse candidate pools.
Formerly, Corral was manager for International Sales Training from 1997 to 2003. In this capacity, he supported Anheuser-Busch's international partners in leadership and sales training, working with partners in more than 17 countries, including Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Italy, Russia, and South Korea. He further served as an internal consultant to implement the company's sales system, including sales standards, time to sell and employee compensation. He also managed sales in Mexico including promotional teams across the country.
Corral holds a master's degree in international business and is ABD in the Doctoral Management Program from Webster University. He was Co-Chair for the Diversity Business Council with the Conference Board in 2008-2009.
Currently Corral is the principal of Sedona Management focused on consulting in the areas of Sales Training, Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership/Management development.
