About Kathy Clements

Kathy Clements is Vice President of Culture and Inclusion for Ecolab Inc., a Fortune 500 company that provides cleaning, food safety and health protection products and services to customers in more than 160 countries and employs more than 26,000 associates worldwide. Kathy focuses on building new perspectives, initiatives and programs to accelerate progress toward a more diverse, inclusive and higher-performing culture at Ecolab. Previously, Kathy held the role of Vice President and Lean-Six-Sigma Global Deployment Leader, where she led LSS deployment throughout all Ecolab divisions, functions and regions worldwide. Lean Six Sigma is a key growth initiative to improve and leverage processes, reduce complexity, provide capacity to better serve Ecolab customers and develop talent throughout the Ecolab organization.  During her 20-year tenure at Ecolab, Kathy has also held various finance and marketing positions, including Vice President, Global Business Processes; Vice President, Financial Systems, and Director, Corporate Accounts Finance. Prior to joining Ecolab, she worked for Dial Corporation.
Kathy is a member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum, which engages the foodservice industry to develop leadership talent and career advancement for women. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the YWCA. In addition, she mentors women through the Menttium program.
