About Kelly Chermack
Kelly Chermack is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Sociology at the University of Minnesota. Chermack also works as a graduate research assistant for the Flexible Work and Well-Being Center at the University of Minnesota. Her research interests include organizational change and innovation, economic sociology, and research methods. Her Dissertation is focuses on resistance to change and resistance to innovation in organizations, and is titled; "Engaging the Dialectic: Resisting Change and Innovation in Corporate America.
