About Mark Chamberlain, M.B.A

Mark Chamberlain is a Director in Human Resources and is the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion for the Corporate and Investment Bank, the Wealth Management Division and the Operations & Technology Division at Barclays.  These three divisions comprise more than half of the 140,000+ employees that Barclays has around the globe.  Mark is based in New York.
Mark has worked in the financial services industry since graduating from business school in 1993.  He worked for almost 14 years at JP Morgan where he was an Investment Banker in Global Leasing and Leveraged Finance for six years.  He then moved into Human Resources and held roles in Learning & Development and Diversity Recruiting.  From 2007 to 2012 Mark was the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for the Americas division of Deutsche Bank.  
He holds a BS from The University of New Hampshire, magna cum laude, and an MBA from The Yale School of Management.  In between college and graduate school, Mark spent three years in Mali, West Africa, serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
