About Mary Casey
Mary Casey, M.A. brings a wealth of experience including organizational development and executive coaching. Her expertise in diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and communication skills makes her craved by clients from Microsoft, Home Depot and American Express, to name a few. Mary’s experience from yoga instructor to instructor at the University of St. Thomas to serving on executive boards makes her stellar in looking at what executives want when they hear you talk and at what employees need in order to take action. Her work on diversity and inclusion means you will get a balanced perspective that takes in to account others around you. Mary has a Master’s Degree in Learning and Human Development Technology from the University of Minnesota. She spent six years in the UK working with women who wanted to excel as leaders. She successfully led the creation and implementation of numerous women’s leadership councils and in-house mentoring programs around the world.
