About Lino Carrillo

Lino N. Carrillo is Vice President Home Delivery Sales for Oberweis Dairy in North Aurora, IL.  He also currently serves as Chapter President for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.   Lino brings over 25 years of experience working with consumer products companies ranging from Coca-Cola to the Frito-Lay unit of PepsiCo, and has filled many roles ranging in responsibility from multi-cultural marketing and strategy to sales and general management.  In all of his assignments, Lino has taken a leadership role in developing, promoting and supporting workplace diversity through recruiting, mentoring, and service within diversity networks.  Lino currently serves on the advisory panel for Adelante, a Texas based scholarship organization, and maintains an active role in mentoring, coaching and supporting the Chicago Hispanic Community.   Lino holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bradley University.
