About Vinny Caraballo

Dr. Vinny Caraballo is a business leader, consultant, and academic that is currently the head of Global Targeting (GT), an international management consulting firm. He has advised clients on global expansion, outsourcing, and technology integration.  Additionally, he has held a variety of leadership roles with prominent global technology and professional services companies such as IBM, HP, and AT&T. His leadership at these organizations enabled his teams to achieve major revenue growth through the implementation of innovation initiatives.

The epitome of the scholar-practitioner, he is a core faculty member of Capella University where he teaches doctoral marketing, strategy, and global supply chain operations courses. He has also taught doctoral and masters level marketing and strategy courses at the Graduate School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, University of Phoenix, and the School of Business (CENTRUM) of Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru in Lima, Peru. He is the founder of "Project Impact", a global study that measures attitudes, opinions, and disposition of different cultures towards innovation. His educational achievements include a Doctorate in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, an MBA from Webster University, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
