About Nancy Burke
As Senior Vice President and Director of Professional Services for Lee Hecht Harrison's Minneapolis/St. Paul office, Nancy provides individual and organization consulting services in leadership development, executive coaching, career management, and change and resilience, and assures the delivery of the highest quality of service to our clients.
With more than 15 years in human resource management positions with First Bank System, Pillsbury, and Jostens, as well as a successful career as an independent management consultant, Nancy understands well the issues confronting organizations, human resources professionals and individual employees in today’s fast-paced environment. These experiences strongly support her work with coaching and career transition clients.
She has done a variety of coaching from career decision making to leadership development to coaching for performance problems. In addition to Lee Hecht Harrison’s Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and Personal Directions instruments, Nancy is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Benchmarks ™ from the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Career Architect.
Nancy holds an MA in Adult Education with a focus in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She has been an adjunct faculty member of both the University of Minnesota and Metropolitan State University where she specialized in strategic human resource management.
