About Charlie Bui
Charlie Bui is currently Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (aka senior recruiter) for McQuay International, a member of the Fortune 1000 Daikin Group. With 10+ years of recruiting experience, Charlie specializes in diversity recruiting for engineering, technology, finance, sales, marketing, and service. Her experience crosses multiple industries including manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, health care, and government.
In 2010, Charlie was recognized by Governor Tim Pawlenty’s office for her volunteer efforts with veterans’ groups and the disabled. Charlie is passionate about helping people eliminate barriers to productive and satisfying employment.
Charlie is active in the local HR community and participates in the MN Affirmative Action Compliance Council; Resource Inc.’s Business Advisory Council, and the MN Recruiters’ Forum.
In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Metropolitan State University, Charlie is also AIRS certified in social sourcing (CSSR).
