About Rick Brundage
Rick Brundage is the founder and lead consultant at Genuine Influence, a group dedicated to fostering authentic interactions between people. After he completed his undergraduate degree, Rick taught for two years at the Harker School's Department of Communication Studies in San Jose, CA, which allowed him to teach the art and science of public speaking to students from a wide variety of backgrounds. Rick has almost a decade of teaching and lecturing experience, including eight years as an instructor at Yale University's Ivy Scholars Program, a global leadership workshop for high school students. Rick has also worked on several diversity initiatives, including a diversity metrics project with the National Forensic League and managed Allen Kathir's campaign for Minneapolis City Council.
