About Linda Brennan
Linda Brennan is Vice-President, Human Resources, Research and Development, at MedImmune. During her tenure at MedImmune, she has helped the organization navigate through significant change as a rapidly growing biotech. She also facilitated the development of a new cross-functional governance structure designed to push decision making down into the organization and to empower a broader set of leaders.
She is proudest of the opportunity she has had to help drive new ways of thinking about the strategic and innovative value of flexibility.
Ms. Brennan has held organizational development, training and human resources roles in a variety of industries including consumer pharmaceuticals, banking and professional services. She began her career at Johnson-Johnson Merck, where she had the opportunity to be part of a greenfield operation built upon the principle of self-directed work teams. In her most recent positions prior to joining MedImmune, she held the top human resources roles at Experient and RSM McGladrey. In both roles, she championed efforts related to cultural and process integration, mergers/acquisitions, worklife and talent management.
Ms. Brennan is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, and completed her graduate degree in human resources at Rutgers. She continued her studies at Johns Hopkins University, where she earned a post-graduate certification in Organizational Counseling.
