About Phyllis Braxton, M.Ed.

Phyllis Braxton is currently the President and Founder of PINK Consulting, LLC. Phyllis has worked for the St. Paul Urban League, the  Girl Scout Council of St. Croix Valley and for Minnesota Independent  School Forum as Director of Multicultural Services where she supported 40 private high schools in the state of Minnesota on advancing their  diversity initiatives. She is a doctoral candidate, was an adjunct  professor teaching graduate level courses in diversity and received her master’s degree all from the University of Minnesota. Phyllis has also  served as Co-Director and team leader for Minnesota S.E.E.D. (Seeking  Educational Equity and Diversity). She is also a certified administer of the Intercultural Development Inventory and Cultural Detective. Phyllis has been facilitating difficult conversations with organizations and individuals for over 10 years.
