About Kimberly Bankston
Kimberly Bankston, Esq., is the HR Director for GE’s Advanced Manufacturing and Software Technology Center, located in Van Buren, Michigan. The Center is one of GE’s newest investments in technology professionals and will house 1200 employees over the next five year. Prior to her current role, Kimberly was the VP of Diversity and Inclusion for Capital. In that roles she was responsible for diversity programs and partnerships that seek to attract and retain the best talent globally across GE’s financial services businesses. Kimberly has held prior HR roles in leadership development and succession planning. She has had a variety of roles in GE Energy, Industrial Systems and Commercial Finance. She is a recipient of the GE AAF Icon Award for Excellence in Human Resources.
