About Femina Ajayi-Hackworth, M.A.
Femina Ajayi-Hackworth is the Affirmative Action Officer and ADA Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resource. Ajayi-Hackworth has worked with the state since 2007 as an Affirmative Action Officer/ADA Coordinator and Internship Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Corrections. Prior she worked with the Mayor of Chicago with diversity issues and briefly for Former Senator Mark Dayton with Immigration Constituent issues. As the Affirmative Action Officer and ADA Coordinator for the DNR, Ajayi-Hackworth assists in the recruitment, employment and retention of a diverse workforce of highly-qualified individuals through staff training and education, building community partnerships, and working as a partnership with hiring managers and leadership. Ajayi-Hackworth brings a depth of knowledge to the DNR in the areas of diversity and will continue to be passionate about my work.
