About Kim Admire

Kimberly (Kim) Admire is Vice President, Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity Programs for Lockheed Martin Corporation.  In this role, Ms. Admire is responsible for the workforce engagement and compliance strategy for the corporation’s 123,000 employees worldwide.

Since joining Lockheed Martin in 1998, Ms. Admire has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President, Human Resources for Enterprise Operations; Vice President, Human Resources and Communications at Sandia National Laboratories; Vice President, Human Resource Operations for Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems and Solutions; and Vice President, Human Resources and Security Operations for Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems.

Ms. Admire is active in the community and serves on several boards of directors including Innovate+Educate, a non-profit focused on diversity in STEM education, where she is currently the Vice-Chair.  She is a member of the Council of US Diversity and Inclusion Executives which is comprised of Chief Diversity Officers across industries who share innovative ways to link diversity and inclusion strategies to business success.  In addition, Ms. Admire serves on the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) Board as a corporate Liaison.  Locally in the Washington Metro Area, Ms. Admire is a member of the American Cancer Society National Capital Region Corporate Council. 

Ms. Admire is a frequent panelist and guest speaker at numerous conferences and events.  In 2011, she was recognized by Black Enterprise magazine as one of the Top Executives in Diversity.
