About Dr. Robert Rodriguez

Robert is the founder and president of Dr. Robert Rodriguez Advisors LLC, a management and diversity consulting firm that specializes in enhancing employee resource group performance, Latino talent initiatives and diversity strategy formation.   He has been named one of the top rising diversity executives by Diversity MBA magazine, was named one of the top Latinos in the country age 40 and under by Latino Leaders magazine, and Hispanic Business magazine called him one of the nation’s “100 Most Influential Latinos in the Country” in 2010. Previously, Dr. Rodriguez served as senior vice president at ALPFA, the nation’s leading Latino professional non-profit association in the country, held academic leadership roles at several universities, and worked in HR leadership roles at several Fortune 100 firms including BP, Target Corporation and 3M.  He is a columnist for Diversity Executive magazine and serves on several minority non-profit association boards of directors.
