About Jordan Roberge
Jordan Roberge is manager of Diversity and Inclusion for SUPERVALU INC., one of the largest grocery retailers in the United States. Jordan, who has held this position for three years, was part of the team that spearheaded the creation of this department at SUPERVALU. Jordan has been with the company for 16 years, most recently with the company’s Shaw’s and Star Markets division in New England, where he conducted a range of leadership training modules, including topics around diversity and inclusion. Jordan’s commitment to community issues extends beyond the workplace; he is chairman of the board of directors for Twin Cities Pride, which runs one of the largest LGBT Pride celebrations in the United States.
