About Monica Oldham

Monica is a Director on the National Team of PricewaterhouseCooper’s National Office of Diversity. In this role, she helps to drive the national strategy for the Office of Diversity, focusing on multicultural women and the multigenerational workforce. She also co-leads the Advisory Cultural Transformation Solutions practice, focused on helping clients improve their business performance through the lens of diversity. 

Prior to joining the Office of Diversity, she led PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Human Capital Services and Leadership and Succession Planning Services for the Public Sector. She has presented on Succession Management and Talent Management in a number of forums. She has over 20 years of professional and consulting experience in various organization development interventions. Monica has assisted both private and public sector organizations with various change management initiatives, including diversity, leadership development, succession management, learning, organizational redesigns and systems implementations. 

Monica received her MS in International Relations from Troy State University’s Europe campus and her BS in Math and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a PhD Candidate in Holistic Nutrition, Clayton College of Natural Health. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds memberships in SHRM, HCI, ALPFA, NABA and the League of Black Women.
