About Jeanine McGuire

Jeanine McGuire is a Six Sigma Black Belt  and Project Management Professional (PMP) at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) in Jacksonville, Florida. Jeanine currently serves as an internal consultant, leading deployments of Business Process Quality Management throughout the company. She previously has held Information Technology management and project management positions with telecommunications, insurance, and software development companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio. 

Jeanine also co-leads a diversity business council representing the Business Process Management, Human Resources, Legal, and Public Affairs departments. She is the past chairperson of the Information Technology Diversity Business Council (IT DBC).  During her two years as chair, the IT DBC was recognized with BCBSF’s Excellence in Diversity award, a recognition of the top DBC or employee networking group in the company. Jeanine also received an individual corporate Excellence in Diversity award and recognition as a leader of change in annual IT division awards.
