About Murray Mann
Murray A. Mann is principal of Global Diversity Solutions Group and co-author of Barron’s The Complete Job Search Guide for Latinos. Murray’s career includes more than 30 years of diversity thought leadership and human resources management stewardship in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. In 2010-11 he was named the National Society of Hispanic MBAs’ (NSHMBA) recipient of the Brillante Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence, Chicago Association of Minority Recruiters’ (CAMR) Entrepreneur of the Year, and Latinos in Social Media’s (LATISM) Best Latin@ Business Blogger. Murray’s articles on diversity-inclusion issues have been featured in 30+ publications and the electronic media. He has presented at 25 major diversity-inclusion and career conferences. Murray is a founding board member of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), on the Advisory Board for the Workplace Coach Institute and has held leadership positions with several multicultural professional associations. Earlier in his career, Murray served with the Joint Committee on Rules to implement the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Illinois Governor's Human Resources Advisory Council and managed special projects for the U.S. President’s Committee on the Employment of People with Disabilities.
