About Matt Keys
Matt Keys is a cultural competence and diversity consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF), specializing in organizational consulting, strategy and scorecard development, employee resource group management, communications, event planning, and workshop facilitation and design.
Matt has presented on topics of employee resource group development, and diversity scorecard design at the local and national levels. Prior to joining BCBSF, Matt worked as Manager of Investigations at the Nassau County Public Defender’s Office for eight years. The work at the Public Defender’s Office heightened his awareness of diversity and the social injustices that plague the lower class in our society, and ultimately led him to work as a diversity practitioner. Matt has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of North Florida. He is a Florida native, living all of his life in the northern section of the state.
