About Doug Jondle
Doug Jondle is the Director of Research at the Center for Ethical Business Cultures (CEBC) at the University of St. Thomas (UST). Jondle conducts research in organizational ethical culture, has developed, facilitated and taught graduate level study abroad programs to Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg and the United Kingdom for the University of St. Thomas (UST) and the University of Minnesota. Jondle teaches Business Ethics at UST and has guest lectured at the University of St. Thomas and the University of Minnesota on business ethics and corporate social responsibility. As a research station manager with Cargill, Inc., he was responsible for product development, was involved in and coordinated numerous agronomic trait technology projects and was research coordinator for Cargill’s joint venture with the All Union Research Institute in Dnipropetrovs’k, Ukraine. In that role, he traveled widely throughout western and eastern Europe.
Jondle received his Ph.D. and Master of Science in Plant Genetics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Master of Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas–Minnesota and Bachelor of Science in Bacteriology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
