Policies & Special Accommodations
ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE.
All registration confirmations will be confirmed by email. Accurate email addresses are essential for all registrations.
Online Registration will end March 29, 2013. Email confirmations will be emailed once registration is paid in full.
After March 29, registration will be accepted on site if space is available. All onsite registration must be paid by credit card. Credit cards only will be accepted onsite.
Complimentary and discounted registration of any kind are not valid for on-site registrationa
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable) by Friday, March 1, 2013 to receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after Friday, March 1 for any reason. Email cancellations to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note: Substitutions are encouraged.
Substitutions: Registrants of the Forum who are unable to attend the conference may substitute someone to attend in their place. Please provide the name, email address and phone number of the substitute and email to email@example.com no later than Friday, April 5, 2013.
We ask that requests for ASL interpreters be made by Tuesday, February 26, 2013. You can specify your need for an ASL interpreter during your registration process. If you have other questions, please contact us prior to registration.
You may specify when registering if you need a special diet such as halaal, kosher or vegetarian. Please contact us for specifics before registering if you have additional dietary restrictions. These meals are specially ordered. If you order a special diet mean, please inform your server of your request.
