Fax registrations will be taken through Friday, March 12, 2010. We can not accept faxes after this date. Faxed registration must include complete credit card information.

Payments

Check payments or purchase orders should be made payable to the University of St. Thomas and must accompany all registrations.

Options and Pricing

Refer to the Options & Pricing page for detailed information about rates for individuals and groups for both early bird and regular registration. Sponsoring organizations receive additional discounts; see a list of sponsoring organizations to find out if you qualify. All registrations must be paid prior to the conference.

Continuing Education Credits

Multiple Continuing Education Credits have been applied for and as the confirmations for approval are recevied, the web site will be updated to reflect which options are available. You may indicate on your registration form which options you would like to receive.
