Introductory Level

Attendee has general diversity awareness and knowledge.

Intermediate Level

Attendee has experience with the challenges of a diverse workplace and the skills, tools and strategies needed to work within it.

Advanced Level

Attendee is a subject matter expert in diversity, serves as a resource for others and is able to provide insight into how diversity and inclusion should work in an organization.
