• Pre-Conference (March 20)
• Full Conference (March 21-22)

Registration Deadlines

Important registration dates to remember:

• February 7, 2012 - early bird registration discount ends
• February 8, 2012 - regular registration rates apply
• February 24, 2012 - cancellation deadline
• March 12, 2012 - registration closes
• Paper registrations will be accepted through 5 p.m. on Friday, March 16, 2012

Hotel Reservation Deadline

In order to receive the discount rates for the conference, hotel reservations must be made by midnight on:

• Tuesday, February 28, 2012 -  Hilton Minneapolis
• Sunday, February 19, 2012- Hotel Ivy

Payment Deadlines

• Registration payments are due at time of registration 
• Sponsorship payments due within 30 days of invoicing and prior to the conference
