The Career Fair is held in conjunction with the Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity, a two-day conference.  The fair is open to students and professionals of all races and genders as well as non-University of St. Thomas affiliates.

Click here to submit your resume online.  Do not submit a resume if you plan to attend the event in person. Bring a paper copy of your resume with you to the event.  Please note: The service is provided by the University of St. Thomas Human Resources Department.  You are NOT applying for a University of St. Thomas position but are posting your resume only.  Resumes will be made available to participating Multicultural Forum Career Fair companies.

The Career Fair is targeted to professionals or students who hold or are pursuing a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Candidates in the following and similar career fields are encouraged to attend:

Preparing for the Fair

Companies expect candidates to come to the Career Fair prepared.  Please download and review the Career Fair Success Tactics document [PDF] and attend the preparatory session provided by Lee Hecht Harrison. 

Attire

Business attire is expected.  General rule - wear what you would wear to an interview.

Resumes

Bring many copies of your resume.  A copy will be required at the registration desk for entrance.
