Calhoun County Historical SocietyThe Calhoun County Historical Society has created guides to assist researchers who are not able to visit. They have books for sale such as: Census records, cemeteries, marriages, obituaries, clubs, lodges and fraternal organizations, naturalization records, biographies, and other items of interest.Materials in the collection include: census data, and organization records. They will copy single pages for a small fee, but books of resources are also available for sale.
Center for Dubuque HistoryThe collection of the Center for Dubuque History at Loras College contains microfilm copies of the Luxemburger Gazette, census data, citizen records, obituary indexes, family histories and photographs.Materials in the collection include: books, census data, family histories, immigration records, letters/correspondence, newsletters, photographs.

Dubuque County - Key City Genealogical SocietyThe Dubuque County - Key City Genealogical Society is dedicated to encouraging the preservation of genealogical and historical data in Key City and the County of Dubuque, Iowa. The society sells many guides and indexes that may be of assistance to researchers.
The Evanston Historical Society contains information regarding local history. Their collection contains census data, maps,
city directories, photographs and other materials that could be of use in researching Luxembourg American’s in the
