Workshops and Tours

Workshops

UST librarians often develop workshops that cover a particular topic and are not connected to UST courses.  Frequently they are cross-disciplinary and are attended by UST faculty and staff in addition to students.  Subject liaison librarians also will create a workshop for a particular group on a topic of interest.  If you have any topics that you would like the librarians to present, please contact the subject liaison librarian who will be happy to schedule a workshop for your group.

Tours

Librarians can provide an orientation to the library building, policies and procedures, often in concert with a library instruction session.

Library Components

For some departments, all students in all sections of a particular course are required to attend library sessions and frequently the sessions include assignments and worksheets on using the library which are corrected by the librarians.
